The Biotek (Agilent) Cytation 5 cell imaging multimode reader combines automated digital microscopy and conventional multimode microplate reading. Features fluorescence, brightfield, high contrast brightfield, color brightfield, and phase contrast imaging. Equipped with 10x and 40x magnification and various detection modes such as UV-Vis absorbance, fluorescence intensity, luminescence, and time-resolved fluorescence.
Integrated with the Microlab VANTAGE Liquid Handling System workstation, which also includes the Nucleofector 4D-96, STX-220 tri-gas incubator, and LabElite ID capper/de-capper for high-throughput experimentation.
