| Description: |
The Enzyscreen Growth Profiler shaker-incubator generates growth curves for microbial cultures. Features high oxygen transfer rates, 50mm throw amplitude, wide OD range, and image analysis software for quantifying cell density. Suitable for bacterial, yeast, and cell cultures.
Capacity for 10 plates. Standard plates accepted for shaking and incubation only, but specialized plates required for growth monitoring: 96-half deep wells or 24-deep wells. Duetz lids recommended for optimal aeration.
Integrated with the Microbial Phenotyping workstation, which also includes the EnSight, Lynx 900, 405TS Plate Washer, and Automated Roll Heat Sealer for high-throughput experimentation.
