The AATI (Agilent) Fragment Analyzer Infinity automated capillary electrophoresis system performs sizing, quality, and quantity analysis of nucleic acids. Analyzes 96 samples at once from a skirted PCR plate. Features seamless integration with robotic arms, continuous operation, and compatibility with over 20 qualitative and quantitative kits. Suitable for NGS libraries, genomic DNA, RNA, and PCR amplicons.
Integrated with the inSPIRE workstation, which also includes the Echo 550, Mantis, ViiA 7 RT-PCR, ODTCs, ALPS 3000, HiG 3, and XPeel for high-throughput experimentation.
