The BMG Clariostar is a highly flexible multi-mode microplate reader designed for a wide range of applications. It features advanced LVF Monochromators, filters, and a UV/Vis spectrometer, providing unmatched sensitivity and flexibility. The innovative monochromators offer fully adjustable wavelengths and bandwidths (8 to 100 nm), while the enhanced dynamic range allows for the detection of a wide range of sample intensities without manual intervention. Equipped with an Atmospheric Control Unit (ACU) for regulating O2 and CO2 levels, it is ideal for live cell assays. The Clariostar is capable of ultra-fast data sampling at 100 measurements per second and includes a dedicated laser for AlphaScreen®, AlphaLISA®, and AlphaPlex detection, outperforming traditional xenon-based light sources. Suitable for high-throughput screening, assay development, and live cell-based assays.
