Platform Name: *inSPIRE Platform
Description: Book the Spinnaker mover arm and Momentum scheduling software for process automation.

Integrated workstation for seamless automated high-throughput workflows: DNA assembly, PCR, RT-PCR, in vitro transcription, and nucleic acid analysis.

Supports up to 1,536 DNA assembly reactions or PCRs in parallel, or 384 RT-PCRs in parallel, or 96 nucleic acid sample electrophoresis analyses in parallel-or any combination thereof.

For coordinated high-throughput experimentation, Momentum scheduler integrates the Spinnaker arm with the following components. Please reserve each component separately.

  • The inSPIRE is a modular automation system with device driver compatibility with most automation-friendly equipment, including, e.g., the Synergy H1 plate reader which can be integrated on request for high-throughput compound library screening.
