The BD Accuri C6 is a dual-laser flow cytometer with automated sampling from tube racks or plates. Equipped with a blue and red laser, two light scatter detectors and four fluorescence detectors with optical filters optimized for the detection of many popular fluorochromes, including FITC, PE, PerCP-Cy5.5 and APC. Features automated sampling, agitation cycles, and wash cycles to minimize cross-well contamination. Suitable for dose-response studies and cell cycle analysis. Supports 48-well plates, 96-well plates, 96-deep-well plates, and 24-tube racks.
